For the past four years I have worked with the US Department of State as a Digital Media Strategist. In this role, I've trained US Embassy and Consulate staff around the world to teach them how to effectively use Social Media and digital communication tools (email, SMS, etc.) to effectively reach their audiences and measure the impact of their messaging.
